Victron Energy is run like a family of engineers, because it is one. Job titles and corporate structures take a backseat to our mindset: be practical, stay curious, accept mistakes, and keep close to our customers.
We act fast, work open-source, and tackle things head-on, in true engineering spirit. All guided by a set of values that made Victron what it is today. We never put them in a handbook or hung them on our office wall, because they’re second nature to us. But inherent or not, they run through everything we do, from support calls to product design.
